Mattress shipped compressed. Once opened, it can take up to 72 hours for the mattress to fully expand and reach its optimal feel.
Delivery, Assembly & Returns
All mattresses are compressed and rolled before shipping. Once opened the mattress will expand to full size. We recommend opening the mattress near where it will be used and after your bed has been assembled. Our experience has taught us it’s common to take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep system. Because of this, we require a minimum trial period of 30 days for any of our Quest mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied after 30 days of sleeping on your mattress, you may return it up to 100 days after the delivery date for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
100-Night Trial
Sleep on a Quest mattress for up to 100 nights. If you don't love it, you can return it.
10-Year Limited Warranty
Your Quest mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty. Should you have any issues with your mattress during that period, please contact us for support. You can read our full warranty here.
