Returns Policy
Adjustable Bases & Foundations
All adjustable bases and foundations are final sale and not available for return. If you need to cancel your order prior to shipping please contact customer service at 888-920-0786 or email us here and we will accommodate you if possible.
Mattresses
Our experience has taught us it’s common to take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep system. Because of this, we require a minimum trial period of 30 days for any of our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied after 30 days of sleeping on your mattress, you may return it up to 100 days after the delivery date for a full refund.
Pillows and Bedding
Due to the personal nature of pillows and bedding, we do not accept returns for these items.
Parts & Accessories
Parts and accessories (ie, headboard brackets, legs, remote controls, etc.) are final sale and not available for return.
Conditions:
- Any shipping, handling, assembly fees, removal fees, state recycling fees or similar fees are not refundable.
- Damaged items will not be accepted.
- Returned mattresses will be recycled or donated to a charity. We never sell used mattresses.
In the case of refusal of delivery, the customer not responding to attempts to contact them to arrange delivery, or the customer not accepting delivery in a timely manner, the products will be returned to our warehouse and the customer charged a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that all of our products are warrantied against manufacturers’ defects. If you have a question regarding our returns or warranty policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
